UFC on FUEL 3 begins in less than two hours with six free facebook fights!

Today I’m thinking back to the good old days of mid week MMA brought to us via Bellator and old TUF episodes on Spike TV. Yes way back about 24 months ago-those sure were the days. There was nothing like a little mid week sanctioned violence to break up a stagnant week of horrible Vh1 and MTV reality show reruns. I’m feeling so nostalgic I  feel a karaoke rendition of Pete Rock and CL Smooth’s “Reminisce” getting ready to go down from my office chair. Normally I wouldnt put my coworkers through such torture but last week one of those jerks drank all of my coffee creamer and left the empty bottle in the breakroom fridge. In my world that’s enough for me to call up my boy Pedro and ask him for the secret Puerto Rican voodoo curse that induces gangrene of the gentials upon this creamer robbing scoundrel. Luckily for this guy, Pedro’s phone is ‘temporarily disconnected’ and I’m not in such a bad mood anymore thanks to the UFC delivering some mid week MMA just in time to save this guy’s package from its early demise.

Thanks to the UFC on FUEL 3 card that begins at 5:30 EST today, my coworker’s junk is safe and now they will only have to listen to a bout two more hours of my off key rapping “When they reminisce over you”. Once the six FREE fights start streaming on facebook, I’ll not only stop sounding like nails on a chalkboard throughout the office I might also forget about the coffee creamer thievery. Here’s what you get to see if you go and ‘Like’ UFC on facebook before the event starts:

Rafael Dos Anjos vs Kamal Shalorus

TJ Grant vs Carlos Prater

Cody McKenzie vs Marcus LeVesseur

Brad Tavares vs Dongi Yang

Tom Lawler vs Jason MacDonald

Igor Pakrajac vs Fabio Maldonado
