A Lesson in Street MMA: Sometimes the streets of Oregon really are mean

How is it that the confident man (said in a Wallid Ismail accent) in Street MMA bouts is almost always the one to get blasted upside the skull and KTFO? Confidence is important in a fight, but if Street MMA has taught us any lesson, it’s that sticking out your chest and chin and keeping your hands to the side while talking loads of crap is not a proper stance for fighting – ever. Especially when you look at least 30 pounds overweight and you are walking up hill. That’s a lesson in Street MMA and gravity waiting to happen.

Today’s Lesson in Street MMA has all the cliches: shirts off, on cement, alcohol, dudes wanting to fight for no reason and with the added wrinkle of it taking place on the mean streets of Oregon. Be sure to check out the state for Oregon alcohol and drug clinics.

Notice how the dude never even has to drop his shirt.

Thanks to Steve McAwesome (his real name?) for the find.
