Looks like Bellator is already cutting promos for Eddie Alvarez vs. Michael Chandler III

A couple of years ago I attended E3 and defeated Michael Chandler in the Bellator game that (at the time) was still being developed by Xbox Live. They showed the game in a private booth held inside E3, something that was pretty bizarre at the time. Perhaps they didn’t want people to see the quality of the game — something that our @JasonNawara thoroughly ripped apart in this interview.

Two years later and I still haven’t played the game. In fact I’m not even sure how much it costs on Xbox Live, but judging from Jason’s review it should be absolutely free. Due to a contractual disagreement, Eddie Alvarez wasn’t in the game — although he did make an appearance in EA Sports MMA. The point that I’m attempting to make is that it was impossible to assemble Michael Chandler vs. Eddie Alvarez on a console. Blame that on game developer disputes and stupid and equally greedy attorneys. However Bellator does want to offer you a trilogy in both fighters, and it appears they’re already cutting promos for the upcoming event. Check out what @BellatorMMA tweeted earlier today.
