Rousey and Shafir’s coach says either fighter would knock out Cris Cyborg

There’s nothing to Shafir but Shafir itself.

Despite living virtually next to the Glendale Fighting Club, I’ve never been inside or even been invited to step into Ronda Rousey’s training lair. Jason Nawara and MiddleEasy contributor Nick Robertson have trained there, but this Zeus — he’s persona non grata. I get the shaft like my name was Ron O’Neal. It’s cool though, I have better things to do during the day — like play Magic The Gathering 2014 on Xbox Live habitually. It’s the only reason why I still own an Xbox 360. My Magic The Gathering skills are better than Josh Barnett’s, and I’m willing to test that on any quantifiable scale that exists.

The MMA world will most likely see Holly Holm vs. Cris Cyborg before we see Marina Shafir or Ronda Rousey get their shot at the former Strikeforce champion. However Glendale Fighting Club’s Edmond Tarverdyan is rather certain Shafir or Rousey would effectively knock out Cyborg in a hypothetical bout. Props to SystemRecords for the +100 news tip.
