There’s a West German movie that was released in the 1950s called Ten Seconds to Hell. It’s about a group of post-WWII bomb disposal experts in Berlin. They create a self-dead pool, betting money on who can survive three months. Of course, it all comes down to two men, Eric and Karl. In the final scene, they wrestle a thousand-pound bomb with a double fuse. And Karl, a greedy scheisskopf, tries to pull a fast one on Eric, tripping him up during a critical moment. But Eric survives, punches Karl in the face like ein boss, and goose steps into the sunset while Karl gets blown to pieces.
Years later, Anthony Washington faced Jeremy White at BlackOut Fighting Championship 25 in Kansas, where they relived the classic film.
Two men, one bomb, ten seconds to hell.
