Floyd Mayweather just Floyd Mayweather’d Marcos Maidana – again. But this time the fight devolved into enough impromptu grappling sessions to frustrate Marcos Maidana into allegedly biting Mayweather’s fingers through his glove. Considering he bit him through his glove with his mouthpiece on, it only reinforces the fact that Maidana has one hell of a jaw. He’s never been knocked out, after all.
According to Floyd, the bite made his fingers numb, but he still pulled out the win giving himself a C- grade. Still, Mayweather took down Maidana again via unanimous decision, and in the end, I’m bad at math, but I think Floyd makes about $14K a second. Maidana’s bite was about a second long. Would you let him bite you for $14k? I would.
