If Mark only had three out his four limbs he could still knockout over half of the UFC’s heavyweight division. Before Hunt learned to walk and even if he never learned to walk in his 40 years on Earth, “The Super Samoan” would still have the ability to crawl up to his opponent’s chin and shut off their lights with a single punch. The scary part for every other heavyweight on the UFC’s roster is Mark Hunt has all four of his limbs and he can make a brisk walk to the cage anytime he pleases.

In the main event of UFC Fight Night 52, Hunt used Australian worship band Hillsong United as his personal soundtrack of violence. Hunt, a 5’10 tank of aggression and power, walked out to the Hillsong United track “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)”. A nearly nine minute track about the beauty of the scenery and faith, “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)” uses the majority of the song as a chill mellow ode to sitting on your front porch in a rocking chair drinking an Arnold Palmer while you meditate on the wonders of life.

Hunt drinks his Arnold Palmer’s at a perfect 60/40 tea to lemonade ratio and the power the New Zealander possesses in a single right hand punch is a wonder of life that the world may never fully understand.

On a one fight winning streak Roy Nelson has no set walkout song or band he turns to in his time of need. From Weird Al to Bruce Springsteen, Nelson’s entrance theme selections usually varies on which opponent is standing across the cage from him. “We Will Rock You” by Queen is played at stadiums and arenas across the world when it’s time for the fans in attendance to rock and or clap.

Nelson came to Japan to rock and chew bubble gum….and the Ultimate Fighter season 10 winner was all out of bubblegum.

“Please… fix it, Daddy?” was the name of the artwork by American sci-fi artist Frank Kelly Freas that graced the cover of Queen’s 1977 album News of the World. The cover art featured a giant robot holding all four members of the band in his large robot hand as the building destroyer crashes their concert. Inside the Saitama Super Arena Hunt played the role of a large robot that doesn’t know his own strength.

Midway through the second round Hunt’s right uppercut face planted Nelson directly onto the cage canvas. Hunt’s one punch knockout power never fails him and watching him hit walk off KO’s four decades into his existence on earth is a fight fan’s equivalent of finding inner peace.

On the undercard Yoshihiro Akiyama put some logs on the fire, poured a fine wine and laid down a bear skin rug for the sexiest cage walk fans have seen in over two years. Only Sexyama could use the Sarah Brightman-Andrea Bocelli combo “Time to Say Goodbye” as his walkout ballad. The Brightman and Bocelli vocal mash-up’s sex appeal could only be matched by a Luke Rockhold versus Yoshihiro Akiyama handsome contest headlining a future UFC Fight Pass card in Prague or Paris.

Lightweight Katsunori Kikuno has be on a campaign for change since UFC 173 when he walked out to the USA for Africa’s “We Are The World”. The song “We Are The World” came out in 1985 when Kikuno was a four year old boy who wanted to cage fight but as a fighter who also fought to make the world a better place. Now 2-1 in his UFC career Kikuno sunk in a rear naked choke on Sam Sicilia in round two in part because the USA for Africa music video encouraged him to stay late at jiu-jitsu practice throughout his training camp.
