Dominick Cruz has been out of action for what feels like forever now. He’s been out of action long enough to where he could have lost the UFC Bantamweight Championship and to find himself relegated to Fight Pass fights, or he could have had an epic reign that we would have looked back upon fondly. Instead, he went through multiple surgeries and there have been many, many questions of if the guy that we once knew as the Dominator will be able to come back as the fighter that we saw before.
If you somehow think that he hasn’t had these doubts in his time off, I dunno, he’s a human being and those are real fears. This video released by Fox Sports shows Dominick Cruz preparing for his comeback fight at UFC 178 against Takeya Mizugaki. Will there be rust? Will he prevail? Who knows.
