Conor McGregor is Ready to Kick an Entire Line of Opponents

See, before there were MMA gyms to train at, TapouT shirts to deride and talk about who wants to be a fucking fighter, there were just martial arts. If you were like me, you spent a part of your childhood training martial arts because it was a good thing to do. If you were like me you also probably hated other sports and the idea of hitting a ball with a stick or tossing an oddly-shaped ball around didn’t feel right. So you took martial arts instead and life was awesome.

I remember some of the dumb rituals that we had to go through, stuff like belt tests where the students would line up and part of the ceremony was taking shots from the instructors without falling over. There was also stuff like on your birthday running through a gauntlet of the entire gym where they’d wail on you while you ran past for every year you had accumulated (plus one for luck and because you hate your life).

But that was then and this is now and now is the age of Conor McGregor. McGregor doesn’t join a line of people to get kicked. Oh no, he kicks everyone in an imaginary line and keeps going. That’s what Conor McGregor does.
