In what appears to be a dimly lit Mexican restaurant or residential dining area, Diego Sanchez has presumably run a steak knife through the paper likeness of Conor McGregor’s face. Surrounded by some nearly empty drinking glasses and several limes, the UFC superstar’s face is almost completely obstructed by the black handled end of a sharp eating utensil.
Diego posted the provocative photo yesterday on Twitter, but did not provide any commentary. Of course, he may have found the knife that way. Perhaps he merely took a photograph of the makeshift knife holder in passing, for instance. Someone may have even sent him the photo, which he posted in a spirit of whimsy, with no feelings at all of premeditated murder boiling in his jealous heart. Those are all real possibilities, to be sure.
