Barnett likes Browne beef. Travis Browne beef

Considering how shallow the heavyweight division is in this day and age, it’s fair to say that if Josh Barnett gets off his wrestling trunks-wearing ass, we’ll probably get to see him fight a few more times before the sun sets on the armor of the Warmaster. While Barnett doesn’t have any trouble staying busy or in the spotlight with his many appearances that show off his glowing personality, the fact remains that he hasn’t fought since UFC 168 when Browne disrupted Josh’s long-term ability to recall death metal songs he thought were strong B-sides in the early 90s.

You know, with these elbows.

So after this, Browne did the throat-slice maneuver that Barnett has employed for so many years, and Josh thinks Travis is a prick for doing it. He said as much on the Joe Rogan experience.

“If I fought Travis now, I’d want to take his f—ing head off. He disrespected me in the ring after the match, all this s—. He f—ing cut his throat, he did all this stuff. That’s my thing. He did it to mock me for winning.

“I’m just like, ‘Dude, I’ve been nice to you and respectful to you from day one. You go ahead and get a win on me, great, this is your moment to say what you want to say and what you want to do is try to f—in’ put me down after you win?”

“Me? I don’t have any reason to be a f—ing prick, especially after I win. But, you know what, a guy wins, he feels like he’s on top of the world, that’s when you’re going to say some s— like that, when you’re going to act out.
