Before fight with John Dodson, Demetrious Johnson asked the UFC for a $2 million super fight

Mighty Mouse just wants to cannon ball into a swimming pool full of UFC super fight dollar bills. Well you can’t say UFC flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson isn’t ambitious. With a straight face and a clear mind “Mighty Mouse” Johnson asked the UFC to pay him $ 2,000,000.00 to compete in super-fight.

From the quote leading up to his UFC 191 title defense versus John Dodson, it appears the UFC almost laughed in his face for even thinking about a $ 2million dollar super-fight.

Speaking with ESPN.com, Johnson lays out his negotiating skills.

“There has to be an incentive. I told Dana [White] already, let’s make [a superfight] happen for $2 million. He said, ‘Dude, I can’t give you what doesn’t come in.’ I was like, ‘Ohhhh. Business discussion over. Have a nice day, Dana.'”

“A” for effort Mighty Mouse. “A” for effort.
