Sakuraba and Shinya Aoki are going to fight on New Years Eve in Japan. Potentially as the co-main event at a catchweight under the Fedor return bout that sees the Last Emperor taking on some guy named Singh Jaideep, a decent kickboxer that is completely irrelevant in MMA in 2015… Kind of like Fedor. Sad face.
But still, this show is coming together and our eyebrows are raising with each fight announcement. Hopefully we get Minowaman, Melvin Manhoef (retired?), and a plethora of other freakshow fights to satisfy out bloodlust in what better be a white cage or ring. Oh, and it better have a badass intro like Dream’s last few shows. Here’s Dream 16 in honor of Saku versus Aoki.
