Day Z Diaries: Day 4 - We kill a couple at an airfield

I'm not completely sure if the people Chris killed at the airfield were actually a couple, but it was a man/woman pair, and as we all know on the internet, all female avatars have a gorgeous actual woman controlling them. Probably Gina Carano or something. So we're assuming it was a poor couple that we killed at the northeast airfield on day 4 of our adventures. We have been living for quite a while now. I was worried I was going to die after catching a cold sometime around the end of day 2, but we found some antibiotics, food and warm shelter, so it was time for Dave, Mark, Chris and I to head to the airfield for some military gear. Namely some magazines for Mark's .45 and a scope for Dave.

Going into any airfield is pretty nerve-wracking, but the NE airfield is mostly populated with server hoppers. That's what I think we dealt with today. Watch below to see some stressful times, as I locked eyes with a woman only moments before she died.

A buddy and me jumped on today, first time since about Christmas and we went exploring, he had the typical character wipe so while i waited for him to catch up to me at the southern airfield

i gathered as much as i could carry and headed towards him to meet in the middle and sweep back and finish off the airfield.

We got to the airfield, swept west to east, through the military section on the west of it loaded up our M4s and across the tarmac to the hangers....and this is where it got fun

We agreed that we werent going to be to friendly, the most friendly we were going to be was 1 warning, not a childs 1 warning but a full on adult in DayZ trying to stay alive warning

We encountered our first player, turned into a garage on the tarmac and there he was crouched he was either alt tabbed reading a map or going through his shit but it was quick

"Put your F@#%@ hands up!! you get 1 chance man put em up!"

panic ensues in this guy, he laid down

"PRESS F2 PUT EM UP!"

back to crouch now

"WE WARNED YOU"

6 rounds (for some odd reason he took that many dunno why) and hes face first.

Gladly we did this, turns out he was loaded and I'm thinking he was scrambling to get his 1 of 3 loaded weapons to arms, he had a .45, a M4, and a magnum all loaded and 4 magazines loaded with each. We found the jackpot and stripped him of it and disappeared into the woodline.

this is why i love this game, its so slow for so long and all of a sudden adrenaline rush dead bodies and laughter after.
