One of the games that really has people excited is Evolve. Evolve is by Turtle Rock, the folks that tried to make a co-operative thing out of the zombie apocalypse with the Left 4 Dead games. Thankfully, someone in the videogame world has the vision to move beyond the zombie apocalypse for once and Evolve is something new. Evolve is a 4 vs. 1 style game that sees four human hunters against once monstrous beast; hunter vs. the hunted. The thing is, it can change who is the hunted and who is the hunter in a blink of an eye, depending on the situation.
This video that was released by 2K has some YouTube sorcery in it to allow you to click around and follow different characters, which is cool, but the main thing that I took away from it was getting to see how a match flowed. This video shows how the game actually plays, how vital each human role can be and how Goliath has his own unique strengths that give him an upperhand in battle as well.
