Capcom is for sale, and here’s your chance to buy out the entire company

Before we get down to the nitty gritty, we need to have some #realtalk. Capcom has the best intro in SNES history. The sound, the logo, the little sparkle on the logo. It all came together and created such a nice little moment. The only thing I can equate it to is walking into a casino and hearing all the slot machines going off. The sounds are so satisfying and all of your senses are firing off at once.

Those SNES days are far behind us and it appears that Capcom might be heading in a new direction as they are available to be bought. Now from my limited understanding of the legal system, Capcom has done something called a Takeover Defense. Which means that no one can buy them through their shareholders. They’ve now dropped that and are available to be purchased and their assets. I’ll let fighting game guru and self proclaimed Capcom fanboy Maximilian explain what this means for the future of Capcom.
