I need to admit something. Every time a Dana White Vlog is uploaded to the interwebs and we place it gently into the MiddleEasy server to share with you guys, I have the classic Ren and Stimpy 'It's Log!' song stuck in my head, except this time it's repurposed as the Vlog song.

♪ Everyone wants a Vlog, come on and watch a Vlog, you really need a Vlog, it's Vlog, Vlog, Vlog. ♪

But we all know this UFC 156 Vlog Day 1 isn't so much about Dana as it's based around the behind the scenes of UFC on FOX 6 and Erik Koch's gigantic womb about to give birth. It's still quite entertaining anyways. So watch, and hopefully you'll have the Log song stuck in your head for the rest of the day. It's better than bad, it's good!

What a great Vlog. Love seeing the human cost of MMA. What incredible sportsmen, even the guys I don't really care for. (Also, Jon Jones proves day in and day out that he is the world's biggest man-child toolbag)
