If your New Year's resolution was to enroll in a gym in order to get in shape -- it's never going to happen. Hate to break it to you. To get whatever beach-appropriate body you desire before the summer, you probably should have started a long time ago. Let me guess, you were pretty adamant about working out the first two weeks after January 1st, but now you're finding excuses not to go to the gym and exercise. See, I know you better than you know yourself. That's my mutant ability.

You could also be like Mark Hunt and have the body of a friggin' champion. It requires a hearty portion of KFC (according to Mark) along with a right fist to rearrange an entire galaxy.
