|To kick off Middle Easy's first exclusive interview we thought we needed to do it in style. That's why The Axe Murderer (Not Wanderlei, all the more reason to check out the boards) used his Iraqi interrogation skills on The Ultimate Fighter's Cameron Dollar. Enjoy.|
At first it gave me quite a bit of drive knowing that it's nation versus nation, but as the show went on and time went on in the house it started to fade away. In the end we weren’t all together as a team as much as the Brits were. But I wouldn’t say it gave me any more drive or any less drive knowing that they were from the UK. Just the ultimate prize gave me the most drive, working for that $100,000 contract.
There’s quite a few of them. You know I’ve ran through (chicks) and done the things but I would like to find a good girl…maybe some time. But definitely I like Taylor Swift and Megan Fox for sure man.
I think Megan Fox would bring it to her man, she seems to be a little bit more of a fighter
I still got a mohawk, my hair is long. It's funny because I’ve just gone rugged. I look like a caveman right now and the thing is it's kind of a disguise, people don’t ask too many questions about the show when they don’t really recognize who you are. I like to feel rugged and then a few days before my fight I like to get a haircut and feel all fresh and clean. Like Demarques would always say “Feel good, look good, fight good”. That’s kind of how I feel too.
You know I said I get nervous and the show took that and edited it seemed that I was scared shitless…I do get scared shitless but it's more of an adrenaline or excitement like right before you get on that rollercoaster ride. But just knowing that he’s (the opponent) going out there to inflict pain on you, he’s going out there to hurt you and take away your pride and you’re going out there to do the same thing. One of you guys are going to walk away feeling good and the other one is going to walk away feeling like…shit pretty much.
That’s kind of my style. I like to go big, I like to have fun. I’m still young and I’ve got a lot to learn. I’ve made a lot of mistakes already but I’m sure there’s more to come. You know, I just like to have a good time. I’m not afraid of who I am or being myself. People can love me, hate me or whatever. Any publicity is good publicity to me.
I would probably pick Renato Babalu Sobral, Nate Diaz...you know I would probably pick both (The Diaz Brothers) to be honest with you. I like Nate just because you hear a lot more about him but Nick is a good fighter too.
I wouldn’t agree with them. We definitely had talent on our team and they had talent on their team...you know I wouldn’t punch them in the face man. It would take a lot for me to do something like that but I would definitely look at them and say ‘You don’t know what the hell youre talking about’. Its different once you get in that house. I was one of the people that would judge and be a pretty hard critic but once you’ve done it, it's definitely different and changes your outlook. I think Nate Diaz said it himself too, he’ll never judge another one of the guys on the show once after he’s been on it because he’s went through it, gone through it, sees what its like and knows. Nobody else really knows. It’s a life changing experience for sure.
