In the MMAPrime.tv drama, I want to go on record to state that I'm on 'Team Layzie The Savage'. Out of the 6.8 billion people on this earth, three people probably understood that (and one of them is reading right now). Aaron Tru from MMAPrime attempted to train like Cyborg and failed miserably. Of course, we all would fail miserably in any type of athletic competition against the Strikeforce 145lb champion. That is, until the athletic commission recognizes throwing plasma grenades half-way across the map onto an opponent in Halo 3 as an actual sport, then we all suck. I did exercises of this kind during winter and i experienced that when you do it several times you get faster alone by learning the movement and not wasting that much energy. E.g. look like cyborg bounces the weight up in the triceos press. Her cardio is amazing though, no wonder she is the champ. I didnt feel the reporter was out of shape, he lasted two sets at least.
