On the occasion when two fighters have incredible respect for each other, they meet after their nationally televised altercation just to give each other praise on being a formidable and highly adept opponent. No water bottles will fly towards your general direction if both competitors attain an unspoken level of admiration that can only be recognized after the audience has left the arena and the cameras are stored in whatever bags they originated from. Fortunately for us, we don't have a camera bag. Check out this video captured by MiddleEasy's LayzieTheSavage of Nick Diaz confronting Paul Daley at a hotel restaurant shortly after their Strikeforce title bout this past weekend in San Diego.

Ahh c'mon man pull the other one, you really think Daley is wasting his time coming on a site where you have people like Zeus who are complete UK/British Haters & blatant sh*t stirrers & if you don't believe me try reading back a few articles not only at the "blog" but also the comments below. He knew exactly what he was starting & just sat back & got off on it, in a very similar way to the Lee Murray "interview". I can also remember Zeus trying to rub it in the British fans faces (as per usual) about the loss in football to Germany ( I mean, do you have any historic knowledge whatsoever). But I do like the video as its nice to see that not all US people enjoy your hatred of the UK & its people Zeus & luckily I also have many good friends from right across the US & I'm sure I'll make many more in my lifetime. Great to see Nick running into someone after a bout and it not ending up in a melee... Grats to Daley for being a gentleman for more than two articles I've read in a row.

Maybe a rematch down the road, but I actually hope Daley works on that wrestling even more, sticks around with Strikeforce/UFC and takes a few heads back to contention.
