It sounds someone took an Italian or Spanish man, stretched out his tongue an additional several inches with a medieval torture device, then took him to the most remote rainforests/jun gles of Africa, left them there for 40 years and then let him "refamiliarize" himself with his native language only by watching Jersey Shore re-runs day in, day in out for an entire year.
