It's an intentionally loaded question, it's used to put someone under the spotlight by means of your own agenda.

The phrase is actually "Have you stopped beating your wife?", by which either a yes or no incriminates you as having beaten your wife in the past.

This was an example used by Chael to show that the host in question is always quick with questionable presupposition in the direction of Chael where by he's shown to be the bad guy and guilty of something every time they interview.

In fairness to Chael, he's always been pretty open about discussing his brushes with authority. The tone the "journalist" takes is clearly provocative, you can't bring up a subject like that so off-handedly without doing your research. Add to this also that he's probably starting his weight cut and has been doing a shit ton of media for the past few weeks, his response is pretty understandable (and funny imo).

Anyway, I'm not even sure this is Chael. That gentleman sounds hispanic....

Cut Chael some slack. He doesn't have to do these small local radio shows, he's offering up his time for them so they can interview their local guy, who is weeks (at the time of the interview) away from fighting for the UFC belt. Chael is obviously in a very stressful time of his life, facing such a decisive opportunity, and doesn't need this shit on top of it.

Well at the end of the day he's a convicted criminal. You might be familiar with the phrase "do the crime do the time" even though he didn't do any actual time in prison, he still chose to participate in a criminal activity so why does he get so upset when someone brings it up? Yet he loves to constantly talk crap about any other person/public figure ie Lance Armstrong about their previous issues.
