Some days you get good news and other days you get news that makes you want to tell your boss to shove it and drop kick your computer while you simultaneously urinate in the breakroom coffee pot. Today is one of those days in which you may want to keep your urine to yourself. Modern civilization is meaningless until the scientific community finds a way for humanity to avoid Mondays. We know it's hard to start your week, believe me I'm still in disbelief that this upcoming weekend marks the end of July. Life is tough. It's even tougher when you get kicked in the throat and have nowhere to silently weep while holding your neck in absolute pain.

For that same reason I'm scared of allowing elbows to be pressed into the throat while on the ground. I've heard of cops killing people that way but never of a MMA fighter injury. Leads me to beleive those cops just held it and sufficated someone.
