Ok, grapplers.  Even we are a little fatigued by all the videos of the Bros Gracie, Rener and/or Ryron, demonstrating their juicing technique. I mean, sure, it's vital to everyone's BJJ training to have exceptional fruit peeling and slicing skills and, even more importantly, to be able to properly construct a Renergy® Sandwich.  That just Jiu Jitsu 101.  I mean, the Grand Master himself who once said "Renergy is the force of avocados combined with almond butter against brutal force."  That's a direct quote. 

Alright.  So, we're goofing a bit on the Gracies and their juice advocacy.  But, honestly, it's all good.
