i do train, he's an mma fighter, kneebars are scary shit. i just think its not a risk to really take in the end. there's far more of a danger to his mma career with a kneebar than a rnc or triangle. Plus personally for me, their are alot more escapes with a triangle and rnc.

Nah, not really. I would never want to be Layzie because from my perspective it seems like he often has to play the role of jester. If I couldn't hang around MMA from a position of equality and respect then I wouldn't.
