A fighter needs to learn from their mistakes, and confront them head on; honestly and objectively. This is why so many fighters keep diaries, or document their training with video blogs or other stuff like that. We have much respect for fighters that are willing to look at themselves in the mirror and say 'I was punched 47 times in the head and my face hurts' without the BS excuses. For example, this latest Street MMA combatant marches into an ice cream shop demanding a match and shouting out the name of her coach, mentor and cousin: Andy Milonakis. When the bell rings and she gets brutally mauled by a game opponent, she doesn't make excuses, she admits to herself that she has some work to do in the gym. This video will forever be a reminder of that.

A solid lesson learned if there ever was one.
