In the future, a planetary-sized logo of ZUFFA will be rocketed into space and orbit the earth, alerting the world of its new celestial ruler. It will then be propelled deep into outer-space and blot out the sun, leaving only subscribers of UFC PPVs access to sunlight. Many plants will die out, farmers will have to relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada and all agriculture will be under ZUFFA control. However, before all of that goes down, ZUFFA plans to control the way you search the internet and they're starting by requesting the removal of webpages from Google search results.

We stumbled across a Google transparency report that states ZUFFA's request to protect their intellectual property by restricting links that are shown when certain search strings are submitted to Google. In short, if you search for 'UFC 154 stream' on Google, ZUFFA wants you to not be able to see the search results that yield sites that actually have streams to live UFC PPVs (and other copyrighted content).

As of this November, the company has already requested the removal of 1,011 web pages. Feel free to look at the transparency report or check out this screen cap from the number of sites ZUFFA requested the removal of just yesterday.

Before anyone annoys me, all other sports and even orgs have videos all over after the events and no one is trying to delete the whole internet. You can't even post a gif that they bitch about it.

All i know is i watch illegal streams from them, since i don't agree with some stuff they do and would not pay the price they ask for dozens of watered down cards with 1 or 2 good fights in it.

Exactly, if I really need to see it 'LIVE'. I take a eide down to Hooters & watch it for free. It's not worth it to buy a UFC PPV.

Usually, when I watch the facebook fights, there's always someone advertising their streaming website in the comments. Most of it is scamming/spammi ng junk, but sometimes you find a gem in there.

I don't know about ethical side of things, but this seems like a very flawed strategy to use. I doubt it will stop people putting up streaming sites, finding methods of streaming, or stop the people that watch the streams.

I like buying cards I deem worthy of the money. I bought this last card, and I was satisfied.

However, it's a real tall order to ask your hardcore fan to buy EVERY card. It's the way I am with movies and music as well. Give me a really high quality product, and I'll cough up the dough. But expect me to spend 60 bucks 20 times a year, and you're setting yourself up for the streams.

The last time Ronda Rousey fought I was staying at a motel that didn't have showtime & no wifi. But my brother was leaving town for a while & I couldn't find a bar nearby that showed showtime fights. So I got him to drop me off at a motel that had showtime but it didn't have good room service. I saw the fight live but I got bit by bed bugs that night. It was definitely worth it. I still don't have a permanent residence so I'll probably go to a bar or something the next time Ronda fights because I don't really trust streams & I want to see her fight live. But any other fight I'd just download from bittorrent. I don't drink alcohol.
