This could be the most respectful and well-intentioned Street MMA in Street MMA history. Sure, the combatants do the usual boneheaded move of choosing concrete as their fighting surface of choice, but it's clear from the start that rules were discussed and subsequently enforced by their own will in this back and forth brawl to squash the beef. These two came into the match with something to throw their dukes up about, and after knocking each other down and acknowledging that the fight shouldn't go to the ground, the fire inside dimmed to a small rage flame and they shook it out like men. Mission accomplished. Way to entertain the gigantic production crew covering every angle possible. Or they are later going to compile all of the footage to make a Bullet Time Street MMA video? That would be awesome.

Great show of sportsmanship, gentlemen. Bravo.

Good fight, but with the downward sloping road I was hoping for a more creative use of the terrain. Also the round seemed to have ended a bit soon and the judges decision was not shown. Entertaining none the less. C+

Luke Thomas called this site out for posting 'street MMA' vids on last weeks live chat. He didn't specifically mention this site, but I'm sure he was insinuating it. And to be fair, he did recognize the value this site DOES offer.

And I tend to agree. ME has some great content that you can't find on a mmajunkie or mmafighting. But these vids are a bad look. Mindless streetfighting doesn't have anything to do with MMA, especially when you see a couple of guys with little to no technique flailing their arms.

Here's the backstory. The Samoan gang thought the other group was a Samoan gang. The Mexican gang thought the other group was a Mexican gang. Knowing they think so low of their own kind, they didn't want it to break out into getting jumped, so they kept it classy. racism saves the day

I don't think that was a bad fight at all. It wasn't a fight to the death or anything and they were both respectful of each other and the rules they seemed to have agreed to before the fight. If you think about it. The founding fathers of the states fought in duals with guns all the time. At least in this case they got it off their chest without anyone dying. I bet they both felt better than if one killed the other with a gun or something. Now there's no need for revenge killings.
